Delete your account
Write from the email used for your CI STO account. Do not send passwords, identity documents or access codes.
Request deletion by emailSend your request to francescofazzinasr@gmail.com with “CI STO — account deletion request” in the subject. Use the address directly if the button does not open your email app.
In the app
- Sign in to CI STO.
- Open Profile → Delete account, or Settings → Delete my account according to the app version.
- Read the consequences and confirm permanent deletion.
What is deleted
The operational service removes the profile, birth date, created activities, participation, messages and associated account data; photos are removed through storage. Other users may have kept copies of content they previously saw; your request does not delete copies under their control.
Timing and verification
In-app deletion runs after confirmation and photo cleanup. Email requests require ownership verification and are handled by the controller within GDPR time limits, normally with a response within one month and any justified statutory extensions. Technical copies and data retained for legal obligations follow the Privacy Policy. You can also contact the operator for specific data requests.
Plus and Business subscriptions
Separately cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings on iOS or Google Play subscriptions on Android. Deleting CI STO does not automatically stop store charges.
